A stolen vehicle suspect was quickly taken into custody, following a brief chase Monday in North Hollywood, authorities said.
The chase began at 8:47 a.m. in the 5200 block of Hermitage Avenue and ended at 8:52 a.m. at Vineland Avenue and Chandler Boulevard, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Division reported.
It was not immediately known what sparked the vehicle pursuit; however, authorities checked the vehicle’s license plates and discovered that the vehicle was stolen.
The suspect was the lone occupant inside the stolen vehicle.
