Authorities sought the public’s help Thursday to find a 50-year-old man who was last seen in Bellflower.

Juan Manuel Hernandez was last seen at about 6 p.m. Monday in the area of Artesia Boulevard and Clark Avenue, near the Artesia (91) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Hernandez is Hispanic, 6-feet tall and weighs 260 pounds, with short brown graying hair, brown eyes and a rose tattoo on his back. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored sweater.

Hernandez may be driving a tan 2002 Honda Accord, license plate 8YQY851, with the possible destination of Paramount, according to the sheriff’s department.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to contact the LASD at 323-890-5500.
