Authorities Wednesday were searching for a 59-year-old diabetic man who was reported missing in East Los Angeles.
Luis Armando Perez was last seen about 6 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of South Arizona Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Perez is Hispanic, 5-feet-5 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds, with short black hair, brown eyes, a gray mustache and no teeth. He was last seen wearing a black and white jacket and black pants.
Anyone with information on Perez’s whereabouts was asked to contact the LASD Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
