Authorities sought the public’s help Monday to locate a 30-year-old woman who was reported missing in Torrance.
Imelda Christina Tapia was last seen about 10 p.m. Nov. 19 in the 1100 block of West Fiat Street, near Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Tapia is Hispanic, 5-feet-4 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair cut into a bob style. She was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt and is known to wear glasses.
Anyone with information on Tapia’s whereabouts was asked to contact the LASD Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
