An 87-year-old man who suffers from undisclosed medical conditions and is unable to care for himself was found after he was reported missing in Long Beach, authorities announced Wednesday.
Leonard Webb had last been seen at about 8 a.m. Tuesday near his home in the 1300 block of West 34th Street, near the Long Beach (710) Freeway, according to a Long Beach Police Department statement.
Webb is Black, 5-feet-11 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black cowboy-style hat, black pants and a white jacket.
