The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department released surveillance video photos Saturday in an attempt to identify a man they believe committed petty theft at a bank in Westlake Village.

On Oct. 28 at about 11:25 p.m., the suspect allegedly place a “fishing device” in a deposit box at Pacific Western Bank, 32111 Agoura Road, and extracted a white envelope containing three deposit slips, the sheriff’s Malibu/Lost Hills station reported.

The suspect was then seen leaving the location in a gray Mazda CX-7.

The sheriff’s Malibu/Lost Hills station urged anyone with information regarding the theft or the suspect to call them at 818-878-1808 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
