Despite a spike in Covid cases over the weekend, 1300 LAPD employees refuse to submit their vaccination status.

BRENTWOOD

On Monday, sheriffs deputies and outreach workers began efforts to relocate residents of the Veterans Row homeless encampment to secure tents and tiny homes on VA property.

On Thursday, the city’s beloved mayor Brian Urias was laid to rest.

LONG BEACH

Reseda resident Mark Domingo was sentenced to 25 in federal prison for attempting to bomb a Long Beach political rally back in April.

GLASGOW 

At the UN Climate Change Conference this week, Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti, who chairs a climate coalition of 97 cities, announced that more than 1,000 cities and local governments worldwide have joined the coalition’s Cities Race to Zero campaign, pledging to reach net zero emission by 2050.
