Woman, 25, reported missing in Palmdale

Authorities Friday were seeking a 25-year-old woman who was last seen in Palmdale.

Angelica Maria Salazar, who goes by the nickname “Jelly,” was last seen at about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of East Avenue R-2, according to Deputy Shawn Du Busky of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Salazar is Hispanic, 5-feet-5 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, with hazel eyes, brown shoulder-length hair and a tattoo of the letters “SD” on her right ankle. She was last seen wearing black leggings, a tan sweatshirt and black Vans shoes.

Anyone with information on Salazar’s whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
