

A man who was shot near the Fairfax District is in critical condition Thursday.
Four suspects approached the victim, believed to be in his early 20s, at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday at a gas station near Beverly Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue, said a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman.
The suspects fired multiple times at the victim, who was taken to a hospital in critical condition, the spokesman said.
The suspects ran from the scene. They are described as Black males between 20 and 25 years old.
