A fire damaged a commercial building in the south Los Angeles area Tuesday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 800 block of East Florence Avenue at 5:04 a.m. extinguished the flames in the single-story building in 38 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
