Woman with dementia missing in Pico Rivera

A 94-year-old woman who has dementia is missing in Pico Rivera and investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit are seeking the public’s help in locating her.

Esperanza Justina Anaya was last seen at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 11100 block of Whittier Boulevard, according to the LASD.

Anaya is Latina, 4 feet tall, weighs 95 pounds and has short gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green sweater, blue jeans and a black hat with the letters LA on it.

Anyone with information about Anaya is encouraged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
