Hollywood’s illustrious El Capitan Theatre will be re-showing Disney/Pixar’s “Coco” from Sept. 24 through Sept. 27.
The film will be featured through Dolby Vision Laser Projection and Dolby Atmos Audio Technology, and before every show, moviegoers will be able to experience “The Fiesta of Lights,” an immersive walkthrough featuring music from the film.
Released in November 2017, “Coco” follows the story of a boy named Miguel who dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz, despite his family’s generations-old ban on music.
The film was one of the most commercially successful films in Pixar’s impressive arsenal, grossing a total of $807.8 million worldwide.
The El Capitan Theatre has taken enhanced health and safety measures to its guests and cast members. All guests must follow posted instructions while visiting the El Capitan Theatre.
