Sheriff’s detectives asked for the public’s help Friday to find a 37-year-old Los Angeles man suffering from bipolar disorder who went missing more than a year and a half ago.

Laronn Marvell Smith was last seen about noon Feb. 13, 2020 at the CVS drug store on Sixth Street in Long Beach, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Smith is Black. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has brown eyes, short black hair and a goatee, the LASD reported. Smith also has red lips tattooed on the right side of his neck, and the words “Brianna” on his right arm and “Kristopher” on his left.

He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a white T-shirt, the LASD reported.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to call the sheriff’s missing persons unit at 323-890-5500 or 911. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
