Man shot to death in Pico-Union area identified

The Los Angeles County coroner’s office Wednesday publicly identified an unhoused man who was fatally shot in the Pico-Union area.
Zhozef Eivazyan, 36, died at the scene of the shooting, which occurred about 4 a.m. June 28 in an alley near 11th and Arapahoe streets, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The suspects were described only as men in their 30s, and a motive for the shooting was unclear.
Police asked anyone with information to call the LAPD West Bureau homicide office at 213-382-9470.
