A 31-year-old man diagnosed with schizophrenia and depression was reported missing Wednesday after last being seen in Rosemead.
James Choe was last seen at about 3:40 p.m. in the 7500 block of Hellman Avenue, near Del Mar Avenue, according to Deputy Alejandra Parra of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Choe is Asian, 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 216 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white and gray shirt with the UCLA logo and blue jeans.
Anyone with information on Choe’s whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
