Authorities Thursday released video of a hit-and-run in the east Hollywood area in March that left a pedestrian seriously injured.
The crash occurred about 9 p.m. on March 31 on Fountain Avenue at Hobart Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
“The victim survived but sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision,” police said in a statement.
The car was described as a 2005-2007 white four-door Hyundai Sonata. No description was released of the motorist.
A standing reward of up to $25,000 has been offered by the city of Los Angeles for information that helps police solve a non-fatal hit-and-run case.
Anyone with information on the crash was urged to call the LAPD West Traffic Division at 213-473-0234 or 213-473-0222; 877-LAPD-247; or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
