

A 47-year-old woman diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder who was reported missing Wednesday morning was found safe by the evening, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
Grace Cha is Asian, 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds with short black and gray hair and brown eyes, with a tattoo of roses and a skull on her right arm and a nose piercing. She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans, carrying three luggage bags, the department said.
Grace Cha was last seen about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Carson Street and Vermont Avenue, according to a report released by LASD.
No additional information was released about where she was found in LASD’s tweet, beside the hashtag ‘#Carson’.
