Authorities Tuesday released images of a suspect vehicle in the shooting death of a 34-year-old man in Hawthorne.

Police were called at 4:10 p.m. on Jan. 19 to the 4700 block of Imperial Highway, where they found Brian Greene suffering from a gunshot wound, said Lt. Robbie Williams of the Hawthorne Police Department.

He died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.

The shooter fled the scene in a white 2014 to 2015 BMW 320i sedan that appeared to have damage to its right front and rear corners, according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department statement.

Anyone with information about the shooting was asked to contact the LASD Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500. To submit and anonymous tip online, go to lacrimestoppers.org.
