The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday sought the public’s assistance to locate a 32-year-old man who was last seen in Paramount more than a week ago.

Jonathan Steven Sanchez, who goes by the nickname “Jonny,” was last seen at about noon May 16 in the 13800 block of Fairlock Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.

Sanchez is Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds, with hazel eyes, straight brown hair and a tattoo of  “Sanchez” on his back. He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and burgundy pants when last seen.
