A Silver Alert was issued Monday evening for a 75-year-old man who was last seen in Seal Beach.
Stephan Aller was last seen near Ironwood Avenue and Rose Street about 10 a.m. and was believed to be on foot, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Seal Beach Police Department.
Aller is white, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes, the CHP said.
Anyone who sees Aller was asked to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearance of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals, according to the CHP.
