Autopsies were pending Monday on the bodies of a woman and her son, who were found dead in Diamond Bar.

Loretta Ho, 55, and Edward Kwan, 23, both lived in Diamond Bar, according to the coroner’s office.

Deputies from the sheriff’s Walnut Station responded at 10 p.m. Friday to an assault with a deadly weapon call in the 1500 block of Kiowa Crest and found the pair, who were pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department did not release any details on the circumstances surrounding their deaths. Autopsies were pending, the coroner’s office said.
