Authorities search for Compton man with dementia, schizophrenia

A search was underway Monday for a 72-year-old Compton man who suffers from dementia and schizophrenia.

James Deloach was last seen about 5 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of North Pannes Avenue, according to Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Deloach is Black, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 115 pounds, with brown eyes, gray hair and a full beard, Koerner said. He was last seen wearing a black-and- gray flannel jacket, black pants and black slippers.

Anyone with information was asked to call detectives at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477).
