There are many interesting and innovative technology manufacturers in the San Gabriel Valley, and MeeFog, is one such company that makes equipment to employ water fog technology for many different purposes.

You can learn more about this innovative manufacturer as MADIA Tech Launch presents a virtual meeting online via Zoom on Wednesday, March 10, 2020, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The public is invited to register in advance through Eventbrite and there is no charge to attend.

Mee Industries is based in Irwindale and manufactures MeeFog systems that employ water fog technology for many industrial needs such as humidifying spaces for cooling and environmental controls as well as for special effects for events or theme parks.

There is a wide range of uses where MeeFog systems are used that will be explained by Thomas Mee and D’Arcy Sloane, the company’s founder and president. MeeFog systems can humidify areas where wine barrels are stored and are used to help cool different kinds of workspaces from data centers to greenhouses. If you’ve even wanted to know how ethereal effects are generated on stages, you’ll want to know more about Mee Industries’ fog technology systems.

This presentation is part of MADIA: Manufacturing 2021, a series of presentations that highlight the valuable contributions of technology manufacturers here in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley. An earlier presentation from the Dr. Joseph Gold of the City of Hope’s Center for Biomedicine and Genetics described their biotech manufacturing capabilities that enables production of a variety of biologic medicines. Visit the MADIA Tech Launch website for more information.
