The Recreation and Community Services Department, Senior Services Division is offering three free informative virtual presentations in February.

On Feb. 9 at 10 a.m., AARP will discuss how to spot and avoid fraud and scams so you can protect yourself and your family. On Feb. 19 at 10 a.m., Alzheimer’s L.A. will discuss how Alzheimer’s disease may cause behaviors that are hard to understand. On Feb. 23 at 10 a.m., Methodist Hospital physical therapist Larry Nakamura will discuss and demonstrate how to improve balance and mobility.

If you are interested in learning about these programs but do not have a computer there is a dial-in option. All individuals must pre-register by calling Arcadia Senior Services at (626) 574-5130 at least one day prior to the presentation.
