In 2017, the City of Arcadia Recreation & Parks Master Plan was completed. It includes a comprehensive plan for park and facility renovations. The plan took years to complete, with input from the community, commissioners and the City Council.
Now, the city would like to hear from the community to see if the elements recommended in the plan for Newcastle Park are what the residents want for the actual park renovation.
