Arrest Made in Arcadia High School Sexual Assault Investigation

An 18-year-old former Arcadia High School student has beenarrested in connection with the Arcadia Police Department’s ongoinginvestigation into allegations of sexual assault and exploitation involving currentand present alumni of the school.
According to the Police Department, Arcadian Dylan Chan wasarrested Tuesday afternoon at approximately 2 p.m. on suspicion of using aminor for sex acts, sexual exploitation of a child, distribution or possessionof child pornography and possession or control of child pornography.
Chan’s arrest followed a search warrant served at his house onWednesday, June 24.
Chan is currently being held and booked at the Arcadia City Jail.
The investigation into sexual assault allegations at the highschool was first announcedlast week.
