

Free, same-day tests are now available for all LA County residents who have symptoms of COVID-19. Symptoms include fever, cough, and difficulty breathing.
Thefollowing factors do not affect eligibility for a COVID-19 test:
Healthequity is central to Los Angeles County’s mission to build a network of freeCOVID-19 testing sites. There are currently 29 operational sites throughout theCounty. There are both drive-up and walk-up sites. To ensure the sitesprioritize people who need it most, only people who are experiencing symptomsof COVID-19 are eligible for these testing services at this time.

There is ahelpful instructional video toprepare you to take the test. Test results may take up to 3-4 days. Positivetest results will be notified with a phone call. Negative test results will benotified by email.
