DuringThursday’s school board announcements members announced that some PUSD stafferswere being tested for coronavirus. The board also allotted Superintendent BrianMcDonald ‘emergency powers’ to close schools if he deems it necessary. The emergencypowers will allow McDonald to do so without further consulting with members ofthe board of education.
