Chinese American Film Festival Returns to Arcadia Library

The Chinese American Film Festival returns to the Arcadia Public Library on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 11 a.m., with a special screening of four short films. This year—the Festival’s 15th—movie lovers will enjoy “Timepiece” from Sky High Films, “Chocolate Chip Cookies” (a “Sunny” Zhang Film), “Mariposa” and “The Chef.” The program is free and open to all.
