Monrovia Veterans Day Ceremony – Nov. 11

To celebrate Veterans Day, a ceremony will be held on Monday, Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. to noon to honor those who have served and those who are currently serving our nation.

Attendees will include members of the American Legion Post 44. 

In partnership with the American Legion Post 44, a new plaque has been installed at Monrovia Library Park to recognize all the men and women who served in the Vietnam War. Dedicated to recognizing the selfless service and valiant acts of our country’s veterans, the annual event is held to celebrate veterans of the community and their contribution to the preservation of our nation.

Monrovia Library Park is located at 321 S. Myrtle Ave. Parking is available at the Monrovia Community Center, at 119 W. Palm Ave., along with street parking on Palm and Lime avenues.
