As the holidays approach, the Arcadia Woman’s Club will host a fashion show fundraiser with the theme “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year.” This event will be held on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., in the historic clubhouse at 324 S. First Ave. The room will be decorated in festive holiday glitter as guests enjoy seasonal fashions presented by Magnolia of Arcadia. Arcadia High School’s Senior Men and Women Club will be serving luncheon to the guests.
The Woman’s Club Clubhouse foyer will host vendors displaying their unique boutique items, providing an opportunity for optional leisurely shopping for gifts or personal treats. Door prizes, silent auction items, and opportunity drawings will be available as well as no-host wine and champagne.
Tickets for the “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” fashion show are $50 per person and reservations may be made by contacting Joyce Platt at (626) 574-1303 or jgn4paws@pacbell.net. The Arcadia Woman’s Club is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
