The Arcadia Public Library and the Arcadia Historical Society will present an interactive program by local historian Ed Anderson on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. This fascinating presentation will take a close, personal look at the man who was perhaps the most colorful character in the history of the San Gabriel Valley in the late 1800s. The program is free and will be held in the Cay Mortenson Auditorium of the Arcadia Public Library.

For more information, please call (626) 821-5569, or visit the Arcadia Public Library’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/library. The Arcadia Public Library is located at 20 W. Duarte Road, Arcadia. The Library is open Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
