The entire afternoon will be filled with ghoulish fun for the entire family including: trick-or-treating in Old Town, costume contest (for kids, adults, groups, families, dogs), activities, a photo booth and more. Enjoy drink specials, music, popcorn, candy and a costume contest (first prize wins $100 gift card, second place wins a $25 gift card and bottle, third places wins a bottle). 2nd Annual Fall Festival at Santa Anita Family YMCA from 5-9 p.m. (501 S. Mountain Ave., Monrovia, CA 91016). Dress in your best costume and show your imagination at the pumpkin carving and haunted gingerbread house contests. Come hungry and get a burger combo for $6, includes chips and a drink. Tequila Tour 2019 at El Cholo Café from 6-10 p.m. (300 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91101). The event will feature over 50 tequila and mezcal drinks, a variety of Mexican bites, and live entertainment.
