Teens are invited to stop by Arcadia Public Library for monthly drop-in craft programs. On Tuesday, Oct. 22, from 3 to 5:30 p.m., get a jump on Halloween by painting pumpkins with acrylic paint and more. On Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 3 to 5:30 p.m., create your own stress balls and calm bottles—just in time for finals. Both programs take place in the Cay Mortenson Auditorium and are free (while supplies last). Teens from grades 9 through 12 are welcome.
