There is a vacancy on the Monrovia Planning Commission; Commissioner Colter Winn is resigning from the commission in order to step up his work with Disney.
In order to fill that vacancy, the city has posted a notice of the vacancy and requested that those interested in the position apply by Monday, Aug. 26. For a detailed explanation of the position, go to cityofmonrovia.org/your-government/boards-and-commissions.
The applications, which are due by 6 p.m., are also available on line at the city’s website.
