Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is the new electricity generation provider for the City of Arcadia. CPA brings new locally controlled renewable power choices to the community. Arcadia has selected lean power as the default for all customers. Lean power provides 36% renewable energy at a 1-2% discount. Southern California Edison (SCE) will continue to provide billing and customer support.

Over the past few months, SCE had a temporary billing system issue that caused delayed bills or incomplete bills for about 10% of CPA’s customers, including Arcadia. Some CPA customers may see higher than average bills if they did not receive one of their past bills or received an incomplete bill. These are not duplicate bills or extra charges. Should you need a payment plan to manage these higher bills, please contact SCE at (800) 655-4555.

To learn more, including frequently asked questions, rate comparisons, access account information, or opt out of CPA, please visit cleanpoweralliance.org or contact Clean Power Alliance at customerservice@cleanpoweralliance.org or (888) 585-3788.
