Leadership Pasadena (LP) recently announced its officers and committee chairs for the 2019-2020 year of operations. Josh Driskell continues as Board Chair, joined by Co-Vice Chairs Carla Buigues and Mary Spellman, Ed. D., and Treasurer Manuel Carmona and Secretary Kristen Jones.

Heading up LP’s various committees will be Patti Traglio, Louis Teran, Phyllis Lynes, Heather Backstrom, Ed. D., Corey Castillo, Ed. D., Nathan Graeser, DSW, Liz Jackman, Veronica Francis and Felicia Friesema.

Leadership Pasadena taps agile learners and emerging community leaders to help them make the Pasadena area an even better place to live, work, and play. Participants come from all walks of life and all professional levels within corporate and governmental organizations. With its many civic, non-profit, and community organizations and Pasadena’s diverse communities, there is a great need for empowered and collaborative community leaders to address the challenges of Pasadena with respect, determination, and results. Leadership Pasadena creates these leaders through their eight-month community leadership development program and a six-month community education and engagement course for military veterans.  For more information, visit leadershippasadena.org.
