On Friday, the Foothill Valley Board of Directors announced the departure of Executive Director Jessica Kubel.

“We wish Jessica the best of luck in her new endeavors and thank her for years of service. Her tenure was marked by her dedication, passion and enthusiasm for the mission. She will be greatly missed by the Board, staff, and partners alike and we look forward to following her successes in the coming years,” says YWCA Board President Angeline Chen. “We are hopeful for the next chapter of the YWCA Pasadena Foothill Valley as we continue to support the community in our mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting Peace, Justice Freedom and Dignity for all.”

With this departure, the YWCA will be restructuring its leadership team around community engagement and fundraising as the organization re-evaluates what is needed to grow, raise more support and serve more people every day.

The YWCA now welcomes Christina Lisotto of Lisotto Consulting as the organization’s new director of advancement. Christina brings with her ten years of experience in developing and executing strategic fundraising programs on behalf of national and regional organizations.
“I feel fortunate for the opportunity to assist the YWCA with advancing their mission and helping the young women in the community,” says Ms. Lisotto of her new position.
