Monrovia Unified School District (MUSD) aims to foster a culture that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of its students, staff, and parents. In an effort to continuously support this commitment, MUSD has approved an agreement with Care Solace.
Care Solace is an online resource with a live 24/7 concierge line to assist individuals in finding local mental health-related programs and counseling services. To use Care Solace, individuals answer 10 basic questions to receive an extensive list of referrals to applicable care providers. The program takes into account all types of insurance, including Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and Medicare, and also serves those without insurance. The system filters by age, gender, ZIP code, and special request.

Monrovia Unified students, staff, and families can now use Care Solace at no cost. This service is an optional resource and is not mandatory in any way. Care Solace does not require a name, address, phone number, or date of birth. The information that is entered into the platform is confidential and stored securely.
