Excited by the possibilities that 3D printing offers? Children in fourth through eighth grade and their parents are invited to attend a 3D design workshop at the Arcadia Public Library on Saturday, Jan. 12 from 1:30-3 p.m. and 3:45-5:15 p.m. Participants will learn how to use Tinkercard to create basic designs. They’ll also get to design an object. One lucky participant will have their design printed.

Space is limited and prior registration is required. In-person registration begins on Saturday, Jan. 5 in the Library’s Jerry Broadwell Children’s Room. City residents with proof of address will register from 10-11 a.m. and open registration will start at 11 a.m. that day.

For more information, call (626) 821-5566 or visit the Arcadia Public Library’s website at ArcadiaCA.gov/library. The Arcadia Public Library is located at 20 W. Duarte Road. The Library is open Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
