Due to the inclement weather forecast, the City of Arcadia’s Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. has been cancelled. In an announcement the city expressed regret at having to cancel the celebration and apologized for any inconvenience.
