Rose Bowl Turkey Trot Supports PUSD Health & Wellness

The Rose Bowl will be hosting the inaugural Rose Bowl Turkey Trot 2018 on Thursday, Nov. 22, where there will be a timed race around the stadium grounds and Brookside Golf Course in the Arroyo Seco.

Participants can run, walk or trot at the 5K Turkey Trot and support the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation and Pasadena Unified School District’s (PUSD) Health and Wellness programs.

The starting line and registration table will be located at North Lot K, which is at the corner of West Drive and Seco Street. Additionally, parking will be located at Lot K.

Registration and check-in will begin at 8 a.m. and the race will begin at 9 a.m.

The turkey trot is open to all ages where there will be prizes for top finishers in the adults and kids categories.

The top finishers in the adults’ category will be awarded with medals, a complimentary 8-by-8-inch Brick in the Rose Plaza in front of the Stadium and a replica brick for the home or office. And the Bricks are fully customizable and include a logo of one’s favorite Pac-12 or Big Ten school, or the rose logo.

Additionally, top finishers in the kids’ category will win a medal and a Rose Bowl Kids Club Membership.

Other prizes include medals and a private tour of the stadium for up to 15 people with photo opportunities.

The registration also supports the 501c3 Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports the preservation, protection and enhancement of the Rose Bowl Stadium’s future as a National Historic Landmark.
