The Pasadena Planning and Community Development Department will be hosting a workshop on Nov. 13 from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Pasadena Convention Center (300 E. Green St., ballrooms F and G) to present the application process for those interested in applying for a commercial cannabis permit in the city. Up to six commercial cannabis retailers, four cannabis cultivators and four cannabis testing labs may be permitted throughout Pasadena. All other cannabis operations are prohibited.
This workshop is intended to present the application procedures, permittee selection process, and general administrative procedures for the issuance of commercial cannabis permits. Information will also be presented on the review criteria that will be used to evaluate applicants. Both the criteria and procedures will first be available at this meeting.
