Cedillo was booked in the Pasadena City Jail for vehicular manslaughter, felony hit and run, and an outstanding warrant for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. He is being held on $85,000 bail.

On Sunday, Oct. 21 at about 7:20 p.m., Police and Fire Department personnel responded to the 1100 block of North Fair Oaks Avenue regarding a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
