Arcadia’s Oldest Show Choir Teams Up With LA Virtuosi Orchestra

The Arcadia Performing Arts Foundation hosts the Los Angeles Virtuosi (LAV) Orchestra’s fourth season debut on Oct. 20 at the Arcadia Performing Arts Center.

Professional ensemble LAV Orchestra conducted by maestro Carlo Ponti – son of iconic Italian film actress Sophia Loren – celebrates the commencement of LAV’s fourth season with exciting pieces by Barber and Holst. The concert’s grand finale showcases Mozart’s beloved “Coronation Mass,” with the vocal forces of the Arcadia Choral Society as well as Arcadia’s oldest show choir, Chanteurs.

The concert begins at 7:00 p.m. and doors open at 6:30 p.m. The VIP red carpet experience lasts from 8:30 – 9:30 p.m. For more details and ticket information, please visit arcadiapaf.org/lav-orchestra or call the box office at (626) 821-1781. Tickets range from $20 for mezzanine to $60 for VIP.
