Arcadia Senior Services in partnership with Methodist Hospital will have a special health lecture featuring Victoria Buxton-Pacheco, Methodist Hospital’s registered dietitian. It will take place at the Arcadia Community Center, 365 Campus Drive on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 1:30 p.m.

Buxton-Pacheco will be speaking on, nutrition and healthy holiday cooking. This free informative presentation will have a holiday themed cooking demonstration with samples. Find out ways to make your favorite recipes healthier. If interested in attending call Arcadia Senior Services at (626) 574-5130. This program is for individuals age 50 and over.
