Inaugural Craftoberfest is this Saturday

Thursday afternoon, Pasadena Independent got a sneak peek of things to come Saturday at Craftoberfest at the Rose Bowl. Over 30 curated craft breweries from Southern California will participate in the inaugural event that combines some of the best ingredients: beer, gourmet foods, and wonderful personalities that create the amber nectar of the gods.

Craftoberfest Los Angeles provides guests with a delicious gastronomic experience influenced by the world’s largest beer festival in Germany – Oktoberfest. Taking place on The Greens at the Rose Bowl, located just behind the historic Rose Bowl Stadium on Brookside Golf Course (1001 Rose Bowl Drive, Pasadena, CA 91103), first class restaurants will serve traditional fan favorite food influenced by the internationally loved holiday. The food is sensational, beer incredible and ambiance unmatched.

“I don’t know about you, but I’ve always wanted to wear lederhosen on a golf course,” said Andrew Fowler, managing partner of Los Angeles Ale Works. He went on to say, “Craftoberfest is the beer festival Los Angeles needs”

Emma Taylor, manager /partner of Ten Mile Brewing company shared, “Ten Mile Brewing is pretty tight-knit, but always looking to grow our family! What better way to do that than with great beer, great brats, and the greater LA community? Catch us at Craftoberfest to try our German-inspired Pilsner and IPL.”
