Huntington Hospital of Pasadena Receives Donation

First City Credit Union, through its Helping Hand promotion, raised and donated more than $16,000 for various area hospitals, including $2,500 to Huntington Hospital in Pasadena.

In addition to its donation to Huntington Hospital, the Los Angeles-based credit union donated $10,000 to Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA), $2,500 to Los Angeles County (LAC) +USC Medical Center Pediatrics in Los Angeles, and $1,000 to Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster.

During the fundraising effort, First City gave members opening a new checking account, $25 while also donating $25 on their member’s behalf. The choice of hospitals receiving each donation was selected by the member.
