Monrovia High Turns 125
The Monrovia High School (MHS) community will celebrate 125 years of providing quality academic programs for its students on Sept. 26 at 6:30 p.m. inside the Monrovia Unified Board Room on 325 E. Huntington Drive. The Wildcats’ band will perform and Principal Kirk McGinnis along with former MHS principals will be present to celebrate. State Sen. Anthony Portantino and Assemblyman Chris Holden will attend.
Monrovia High provides students with rigorous programs to support academic success, including a Math and Science Academy, Theatre Arts Conservatory, Humanities Academy, Sports Medicine pathway, Digital Media Arts Academy, and an Early College program.
