The Arcadia Public Library’s Children’s Department is offering a free, two-part workshop on reading aloud to children from 7 to 8 p.m., on Sept. 20 and 27. This series will cover the importance of reading aloud, useful tips and techniques, and strategies for selecting read aloud materials. Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and educators are welcome.
